All orders are shipped from Singapore.

Once you receive your order confirmation, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Singapore Shipping

Free door-to-door shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping

​

International orders are shipped via registered airmail.


Shipping fees are calculated at check-out.

Estimated delivery time is 7–25 business days, depending on destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Makenna pieces are created thoughtfully, with most styles made specifically for each customer. Because of this, our returns and exchanges policy differs depending on whether an item is made to order or ready to ship.

Please read the details below carefully before placing your order

Made-to-Order Items

​All made-to-order pieces are created according to the customer’s selected fit and fabric choice.

As each piece is made specifically for you:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted

  • This includes change of mind, sizing, colour, or style requests​

​

This policy allows us to minimise waste, avoid excess stock, and focus on quality and thoughtful production. 

 

If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we strongly encourage you to reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to help.

 

Ready-to-Ship Items

For ready-to-ship pieces only, we offer exchanges via store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Original tags are attached

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks

Please note:

  • We do not offer cash refunds

  • Return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

​

Store credit will be issued once the return is received and approved.

​

How to Request an Exchange (Ready-to-Ship Only)

  1. Email hello@makennastudio.com with the subject line “Return Purchase”

  2. Include your order number and let us know you’re returning a ready-to-ship item

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address

Returns must be sent via registered mail.


Please retain your tracking number and share it with us once shipped

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@makennastudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
