Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are shipped from sunny Singapore. 

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be shipped once you receive your confirmation email. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be mailed on Monday.  

Singapore Shipping 

We offer FREE door to door shipping on all domestic orders. 

International Shipping

We ship all of our international orders with Singapore Post via registered airmail. Shipping will be calculated at the check-outs. If you wish to get an estimate of how long it will take to receive your parcel of awesomeness, please visit Singapore Post website at: 

Most international orders are delivered between 7 and 25 business days, but please get in touch if you have any questions at

Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering.



At Makenna, we believe that shopping should be fun and stress-free, and we want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase you make with us.


Great care has been taken with the quality and ensuring the photos on our website are as accurate to the real-life outfits as possible. 


However, if for any reason your purchase is not right for you, we are happy to exchange it for online Store Credits, as long as your purchase is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes for returns will be borne by the customer. 

Any returned items must meet the following requirements: 

  • Original tags still attached

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged (this includes any make-up marks, perfume and deodorant etc.) 

How do I return my purchase? 

Please drop us an email at and indicate "Return Purchase" in the subject title. In the email, please provide your order number, let us know you will be returning your purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping address. 

Returns must be sent using registered mail. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please keep a record of the tracking number and also let us know the tracking number so we can keep track of the return too. 

Once we receive and verify your return, a store credit will be issued to you via email. Your Store Credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.  

What if I need to change the size of my purchase?


No worries. If you wish to change for another size, please return your item back for a refund (see instructions above), and order the size you are after through our website. 

What if I received the wrong item or my item is faulty?

Argh! That would be our nightmare! We are so sorry that you have received an incorrect/faulty item. Please email us ASAP and we will get back to you with what to do. So sorry again if this happens.
