What currency are your prices listed?

How much is shipping?
​Singapore: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
International: Free shipping on orders over SGD 300. For orders below this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.

​Can I track my order?
​Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. While we’re not responsible for parcels lost or stolen in transit, we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.

Can you do custom sizing?
Makenna pieces are not custom-tailored. We offer signature styles in flexible size ranges designed to fit comfortably across bodies rather than to exact measurements.

Most styles are made to order within these defined size ranges, with adjustability built in for ease and movement.

If you’re unsure which size would suit you best, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re always happy to help you choose.

​How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Lead times vary by item:

Tops & skirts: approximately 4–6 weeks

Dresses: approximately 6–8 weeks

If your piece is ready earlier, it will be shipped sooner.
​
Can you customise a design or make something new?
Makenna works with signature styles only.
We’re unable to create new designs or custom pieces from scratch.
Minor adjustments such as length or neckline changes may be possible depending on the style.

​How do I care for my MAKENNA STUDIO piece?
​
Please follow the care card provided with your garment.
As a general guide:

Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash

Avoid washing in hot water

Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and brighteners

Wash separately or with similar colours

Do not wring or scrub

Dry flat or on a hanger in the shade

We recommend steaming. If ironing, use low heat on the reverse side.

​We aim to make considered choices, not perfect ones.
Makenna operates on a small-batch and made-to-order model to reduce waste and prioritise thoughtful making.
